Dear Students of All Batches.
Applications are invited for the past end semester examination. Please follow the instructions given below;
1. Study leave has been declared by the Academic Senate for all batches (except the new entrants of 2021) from 13th October 2021.
2. Applications for the above examination is open from 14th to 22nd October 2021. (no application will be accepted after this date)
3. Admissions will be issued from 23rd to 30th October 2021. (if there is any query you can solve within this period through examination branch).
4. Please submit your duly filled application (proper exam proper batch and repeat examinations separately)
5. All duly filled applications must be scanned and send in pdf format to the following email address
6. All hard copies of the dully filled applications must sent by registered post to the below given mailing address*. ( in the left hand corner of the envelop write Applications/Agriculture)
7. Your admissions cards and the time tables will be released before 27th of October 2021. (if you do not
receive any response on or before this date, please contact the Registrar’s Office)
8. Your examinations will commence from 3rd of November, 2021.
9. For every batch examination will be held every other day until the examinations are completed.

EXAMINATION REGULATIONS
Please strictly adhere to the examination regulations given below:
1. All examinations for this semester will be conducted on-line only (as decided by the Academic Senate).
2. Students who have registered and obtained the admission cards will only be allowed to sit the examination.
3. Every student who did not sit for the examination will be considered as absent. He/She will be treated as a repeat student at the subsequent examinations, unless He/She submits a valid Medical Certificate accepted to the University Administration.
4. You are expected to honor the examination rules and regulation given in your student hand book and the By-Laws of the University.
5. Any sort of examination violation will be severely dealt with according to the University regulations.
6. Students who are in the process of repeating some subjects from previous examination, the rules are not change and you follow the old procedure you have been following.
7. The two batches of students (year1 Sem1 and Year 3 Sem. 2) who sat for the examination of the previous semester and received grades this week have to repeat all subjects having grades below C.
EXAMINATION PROCEDURE :
1. Read your question paper very carefully for the number questions to be answered, time allowed and other Instructions.
2. Always use A4 size white ruled papers in answering the questions.
3. On top of the first page write the examination (year and Semester), Subject Title and the Subject Code and the date as given in the question paper.
4. In every answer script right hand corner mark your Examination number and your signature and the page number (consider these are essential and without these answer scripts will not be accepted).
5. Complete your answers within the specified time in the question paper.
6. Once the given time to answer is over, additional 20 minutes will be given to photograph, Scanned, convert to PDF format and sent to the email address within that period of time to the Email address (this will be sent to you soon for different batches). Any answer script sent 20 minutes after the examination duration will not be accepted.
7. Send your hard copies under the registered post after 2days after the entire examination is over to the address. (this will be sent to you soon for different batches). The electronically sent answer scripts and the hard copy of the mailed answer script should be exactly the same and if any differences are noticed such answer scripts will be rejected and the candidate will be considered as absent or violated the examination regulations.
8. You should login to the MS teams and switch on your camera throughout the exam. During the examination, attendance will be taken daily on line and each candidate will be closely monitored.
