INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXAMINATION APPLICATION
- All applicants are expected to carefully read the application and the instructions.
- Fill individual applications for each semester.
- for proper (1st attempt) examination fill FORM I
- for repeat examinations Form II.
(Separate form for each semester)
If any applicant who were unable to sit for an examination due to medical reasons, attached a valid original Medical Certificate with the respective application form.
(Form - II without a medical, will be considered as a repeat examination)
Any applicant applied for the examination and once the Admission Card is issued and not sitting for any paper, considered as attempted. (In case of Emergency, an accepted Medical Certificate may be submitted at the end of the examination for the consideration of the authorities).
Once registered for the examination, you are not allowed to withdraw without giving an acceptable reason to the authorities.
The duly filled and signed applications can be sent by online and printed applications by mail or by hand. (Applications with medicals will not be accepted online)
Last date to submit applications is 02nd March, 2021. Any application submitted beyond this date will not be accepted.
Send your applications to the faculty E – mail: bsc.agriculture@aquinas.lk (When you send the application, please name it with your name and the proper year of the Exam. You can use the same thing as the email subject. Ex. B.D. Perera Y III S II.
